Introduction of Bucket Elevator 

Bucket elevator is designed and made according to the standard of JB******5(china). It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, mine, grain and vegetable oil, food, fodder, plastic and medicine etc.

Usually, a vertical bucket elevator consists of head section with driving pulley, elevator boot (down section) with take-up pulley, elevator casing, driving device with back stop.

Bucket elevator driving device is equiped with YZ reducer and ZQ reducer. YZ axis reducer is directly coupled with pulley shaft,thus can reduce energy loss to some extent. Usually,security protectors like acousto-optic alarm,  urgent stop switch will be fixed on to ensure normal operation.

 


 

Feature of Bucket Elevator

1. Reasonable Structure

Each section of elevator boot is formed by continuous welding, wihch can reduce welding deformation and stress. Elevator boots are connected by flanges and high-strength bolts.

2.Safe Operation

Belt speed detector, inspection door on head and tail, belt alignment device, backstop, be fixed to ensure safty operation.

3. Large Production Capacity

Vertical bucket elevator usually can be used for all floury and smaill-sized bulk materials, e.g. raw meal,v cement, grits, sand, concentrated ores, etc. A heavy-duty one which is particularty suitable as recirculation units behind high-pressure roller mills, which are increasingly used for pre-grinding in the cement and ore sector.
